Swan Valley Welfare Society (Regd.) Murree came into existence on 10th of October 2000, moved by the Pathetic Condition of the Poor, and neglected people of Murree, particularly those of its resources-less Rural Area, some Sensitive, Sincerely, Educated and Enthusiastic Youths and filled with the spirit of service to the humanity made up their mind to come to the help of these destitute people who were leading their lives, much below the last line of Poverty. They under the leadership / Patron-ship of Mr. M. Khursheed Abbasi who was also Tehsil Nazim Murree, resolved to help them in all possible ways so that if not totally eliminated, their sufferings could at least be reduced.
